Orlaven pieces are tailored across standard sizes XS through 4XL based on precise anatomical dimensions. We also offer complimentary bespoke made-to-measure tailoring: simply provide your body measurements, and our master tailors will hand-cut and craft your item for an individualized, bespoke fit.
What leather grade does Orlaven use, and how does it compare to bonded or faux leather?
Orlaven exclusively crafts with 100% authentic full-grain leather—the highest, most durable grade available. Unlike bonded leather or synthetic vinyl that cracks and peels, full-grain leather preserves the natural grain density, breathes effortlessly, and develops a magnificent patina that enriches over decades.
How should Orlaven full-grain leather be cared for and protected against weather?
Our full-grain hides feature natural oil and wax treatments that repel light moisture and weather. Allow wet leather to air dry naturally on a wide wooden hanger away from artificial heat, and nourish every 6 to 12 months with a high-grade beeswax or lanolin leather conditioner.
